Mickey Lapp - Marketing, Management and Public Relations
Mickey Lapp started A&A Consulting in 2006, conducting campaign marketing & management for County and Municipal political and ballot issue campaigns. To date, she and her team have marketed and managed over 32 political campaigns and many public relations projects. Currently, A&A Consulting is handling the Public Information Program for numerous commercial building projects.
Mickey is the marketing director for RE/MAX Home Again Realty in Kalispell. Additionally, she has been an award winning, professional auctioneer since 1988 and graduated with a marketing designation from the Certified Auctioneers Institute, a three year program, held at Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana. She is the only female to have served as President of the Montana Auctioneers Association and is a past member of its Board of Directors, a past member of the Flathead Crimestoppers Board and a graduate of the Flathead County Sheriff Citizens Academy.
From October of 2013 until October of 2015, she started and managed the Business Development and Call Center for Montana's largest new car dealer, Don "K" Chevrolet-Chrysler-Dodge-Jeep-Ram-Subaru, in Whitefish, Montana. Mickey specializes in facilitating Public Awareness Programs as well as Public Information meetings and special events.

Charles Lapp, Construction, Planning and Incident Response Plan Consultant
Charles, is a specialist in creating Incident Response Plans, a critical element for a variety of highway construction projects. Additionally, he specializes in consulting for planning, zoning, construction, real estate and agricultural issues. He is a Flathead Valley native and is uniquely connected to Flathead's building, farming and agricultural communities. He has served as the Government Affairs Director, board member and President of the Flathead Building Association, as well as a member and President of the Flathead County Planning Board, the Columbia Falls City-County Planning Board, the Flathead County Board of Adjustment and the Flathead County Road Advisory Committee and is currently the Government Affairs Chairman for the Northwest Montana Association of Realtors (NMAR). He is the Broker & Owner of RE/MAX Home Again Realty, located in Evergreen. Charles regularly consults with clients on obtaining entitlements for all types of real estate projects.
